Wausau Area Pickleball Club is giving back! Club members are donating gently worn tennis shoes for the Sneakers4Good Program.

Donation boxes were available at the recent Winter Badger State Games held at the Wausau Tennis and Pickleball Club in January 2026.  A few of the WAP members posed for a photo to share on social media. The members will be eligible for a Sneakers4Good swag bag full of goodies and entered in a contest to win a $100 gift card.

The gently worn sneakers are sent into the Sneakers4Good organization to be refurbished for third world countries and also keeps them out of our landfills. The money received as we continue to send in the gently worn sneakers will be donated to the Marathon County Homeless Shelter.
